All turn-around times will differ according to the service. It will be listed in the service details for when you book. However, turn around times are simply an estimate, they could be much sooner or a bit later depending on my work load.

I provide .jpeg and .png files. Any .pdf and .ai files may be sent upon request.

The answer is yes, for a fee I do accept rush orders. Please email me before your order is placed!

I am NOT open to doing freestyle designs. Please have a vision, idea, and plan for your brand. I am only here to bring your ideas to life.

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required for all orders over $100 before work can commence. Once you place your order you are required to send in your deposit, or your order will be cancelled. The balance of the remaining 50% is to be paid at the end of the project, once the project is approved and before the final package is delivered.

You as a client and I as a designer, both reserve the rights to make cancellations to any project at any time. Please keep in mind that the deposit made is non-refundable.

Each project will specify the number of revisions included. Any additional revisions can be made for an additional $20 each. Revisions are recognized as major changes such as placement, addition, or removal of different elements. Minor changes such as the changing of fonts or colors will not count as a revision.

Each project has a timeline and an estimated start and completion date. PLEASE respect our time and yours by responding in a timely fashion with any revision requests once the project has commenced. A project will be considered abandoned if we have not heard from you in at least ONE WEEK exactly. You will not have any rights to the work that was presented to you, unless the project has been paid in full.

Disu Design Studio reserves the rights to add all completed projects to our portfolio. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform us. Any concepts that are not chosen and paid for will be a violation of our graphic design rights if they are used elsewhere.

We do not trademark logos. Please feel free to register your logo and brand name with the trademarking office in your area. We only design 100% custom original logos, so you won't have any copyright issues.

Please provide HD images and pictures. We are not able to fix or edit any low resolution or blurred pictures. Low quality images compromise the final result of your project.
